Located in the heart of Yountville, the Homes of Old Town project includes the development of two new single family homes. Both are designed to celebrate the joie de vivre of the community — a walkable oasis of iconic restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and culinary feats, including Chef Thomas Keller’s French Laundry and Bouchon Bistro. Yountville is the culinary epicenter of Napa, and the Homes of Old Town will be in the heart of it all.
While the Homes of Old Town provide premier access to Yountville’s offerings, the homes are secluded on beautiful, wooded lots that create a sense of privacy. Hopper Creek runs through the land, and with the assistance of arborists and biologists, will be nurtured back to a natural source of serenity. The homes speak to the history of Yountville; with pitched roofs and wrap-around porches, the architecture is harmonious with the surrounding historic homes, some of which date back to the 1800s. Melding historic details with modern amenities, each home will feature three en-suite bedrooms and premium kitchen in the main house, a guest cottage with an additional en suite bedroom, sitting area and kitchen, private pool, outdoor kitchen and garden.
Jefferson Street is approximately 50 miles from downtown San Francisco and a 15-minute drive from Napa County Airport.
We’re in the process of finalizing construction drawings and permitting for the Homes of Old Town, and expect to commence construction in fall of 2021.
